Can I drive across European borders?
Yes, our vehicles can be driven throughout the EU. Insurance coverage extends across all member states, and you can return vehicles to any Willow Pro location in your destination city. Cross-border fees may apply for extended international trips.
What happens if the car breaks down or I have an accident?
All vehicles include comprehensive insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of breakdown, call our emergency number and we'll arrange recovery and a replacement vehicle if needed. For accidents, follow standard procedures and contact both emergency services and our support team.
How do I find and unlock vehicles?
Use our mobile app to locate nearby vehicles on the interactive map. Once you've made a reservation, walk to the vehicle and tap 'Unlock' in the app. The car will unlock automatically, and you'll find the keys inside. Return follows the same process in reverse.
